Yes, we ship our products all over the globe.
Please note that free shipping is not applicable for international orders and that shipping rates could vary depending on your region. -
Europe and USA shipping can take up to 5 -7 business days.
Foreign shipping could take up to 14 business days.

We offer free shipping on all orders above €100 / $110.

Yes, we ship worldwide.

European and UK orders will be shipped form Latvia or Barcelona. (a UK facility is opening soon).
US orders are fulfilled and shipped from North Carolina.
Orders from the rest of the world will be shipped from either US or Europe, depending on which is the closes location.
Customs and Taxes

For the US and Europe there are no customs.
For the UK there are no custom fees below 135£, but above that threshold fees might apply (thank you Brexit) so better to split your order in multiple shippings. We're happy to refund the additional shipping costs for you, just send us an email for that.
Customs and tax fee maybe occur on other international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office.If you are not sure, please send us an email at contact@relax.nl and we will try to help in any way we can.

Returns & Refunds

We have one return address in The Netherlands, one in the US and one in Latvia.

Yes, we offer full and partial refunds.

A refund request can be submitted within 14 days after the purchase is made.

If you are not satisfied with your product, we are happy to either exchange it with a different one or refund you the cost within 14 days from delivery. No question asked (except feedback which is always useful to keep improving).
Please check our Terms of Service to see if you're eligible for a refund. -
If you return a product, you will pay for the return shipping. However, if the product is damaged or poorly made, we cover the return cost. In such cases, please contact us at contact@relax.nl.
